Information you send us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and project details. Design Overflow uses that information to review your enquiry and reply. We do not send names, email addresses, form messages, uploaded files, or tool inputs to analytics services.
Website measurement
Vercel Web Analytics records aggregated page and referral data, plus broad device and location details, without analytics cookies. Google Analytics 4 records page visits, traffic sources, and selected actions such as tool use or contact-form starts. Microsoft Clarity supplies heatmaps and masked recordings of page interactions so we can find broken controls and confusing layouts.
On articles, guides, and case studies, Design Overflow records a content view and the 50% and 90% reading points after a minimum amount of time. The added event fields contain the content type and public page path. They do not contain form entries, tool inputs, or visitor identifiers.
Clarity masks sensitive text, form fields, and dropdown values. Design Overflow keeps Clarity advertising integrations disabled and does not use website analytics to sell or share visitor profiles for targeted advertising.
Your analytics choice
Google and Clarity receive a denied storage signal until you allow analytics cookies. Their consent modes can send limited, cookie-free measurements while storage remains denied. Allowing analytics lets those services connect activity across pages and visits. You can change the choice from the footer or use the button below.
Service providers
Design Overflow uses Vercel to host the website and Zoho Mail to receive enquiries. Google supplies Analytics and Search Console measurement, while Microsoft Clarity supplies heatmaps and recordings. Vercel processes request data needed to deliver and secure the site. Each provider may process data outside your country under its own terms.
Retention and requests
Design Overflow keeps enquiry details for as long as needed to discuss the project, provide the service, keep business records, or handle a legal obligation. Analytics services keep measurement data according to the retention settings and policies linked above. You can ask us to correct or delete information you sent through the site.
