Aura Fem Health is a Singapore-based women's health platform that combines a multi-system assessment with daily practices, symptom support, programs, and access to practitioners. Design Overflow led the UI/UX overhaul and Flutter delivery for the product's first public mobile release.
The first release had to turn a long, sensitive health assessment into a product people could complete and revisit. It also needed to connect the assessment to daily actions without presenting wellness guidance as medical diagnosis, and work consistently across iOS and Android.
Design Overflow rebuilt the main flow around the assessment, plan creation, and daily supportive practices. Navigation, progress feedback, and recurring actions were designed together, then implemented in Flutter for iOS and Android.
Aura Fem Health's first iOS release went live on June 9, 2025. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, and its public version history shows continued releases after launch. This case study covers Design Overflow's first-release engagement, not every later version of the product.
