A Personal Brand Rebuild for a Behavioral Scientist

Impact Differently is the personal coaching practice of Dr. Evie Rosset, a behavioral scientist (PhD, Boston University) who spent years teaching and researching prosocial behavior before turning that research into three coaching programs. Her work helps individuals and professionals design their own, personally meaningful ways of doing good, instead of following the traditional, obligation-driven model of volunteering. I helped rethink and redesign her site in Framer, working through new visuals, a new brand direction, and blog content, and launched it together with her.

The Challenge

Evie's core idea is that people are wired to want to help, and that the traditional volunteering model actively works against that instinct. It's an academic, research-backed thesis. The brand needed to carry that credibility without feeling like a lecture: warm and human enough that someone who's never thought about behavioral science would still want to read the first paragraph.

Our Approach

The redesign leaned on documentary-style, everyday photography: candid, unglamorous moments of people connecting, in place of the polished stock imagery most coaching sites default to. A warm navy-and-coral palette and a plainspoken, first-person voice carried through the copy. The site was restructured around Evie's three actual offers (a 1:1 sprint, a professional pathway program, and a partnership track for co-launching original impact projects), and a blog went up alongside the visual relaunch to carry the behavioral-science case for why this approach works, in her own voice.

The Result

The new site gave Impact Differently a coherent, credible identity across all three of its programs, with the blog now serving as an ongoing home for the research-backed thinking that underpins the brand. Evie was directly involved throughout the redesign and launch.
