Beacon Tutors Pakistan connects qualified tutors with students across the country. It needed a public-facing marketing site that could carry parents and students through a multi-step inquiry, and an internal admin dashboard for running the operation itself: matching tutors, managing bookings, tracking the business day to day.
A tutoring marketplace serves two audiences that never see the same screen: parents and students deciding whether to trust the platform with their education, and an internal team running the operational side. Both needed the same level of design care. Too many platforms polish the public front end and leave the internal tools bare.
The public site used an educational, approachable visual language, playful illustration and motion suited to parents and students, anchored by a multi-step inquiry form designed to qualify leads without feeling like a wall of fields. The admin dashboard matched the same design system, so the operational side of the business felt just as considered as the marketing site, covering the day-to-day work of running the tutoring network end to end.
The platform now handles Beacon Tutors Pakistan's full operation, from a parent's first inquiry through to internal tutor and booking management on one connected system.
