Beacon Tutors Pakistan connects students and parents with tutors for online and home tuition. Design Overflow designed and developed the student enquiry experience and a password-protected admin dashboard for managing inquiries, reviews, announcements, and approvals.
The public and operational sides of the service had different jobs. Families needed a clear way to share subject, level, location, and tutor requirements. Staff needed a faster way to review those requests and coordinate the records behind them. The two experiences had to feel related without forcing both audiences through the same interface.
We designed a multi-step enquiry flow that broke the initial brief into manageable decisions instead of presenting one long form. The secured dashboard used clear top-level sections for announcements, reviews, inquiries, and approvals. A shared visual language connected the customer-facing screens, internal workspace, graphics, and video while preserving a task-focused layout for staff.
Design Overflow delivered the student-facing experience and the admin dashboard as one connected platform. Beacon Tutors Pakistan's founder says the system streamlined the tutoring operation; that is a client-reported assessment, not an independently measured performance result.
